01 Cast Asphalt Plants

Cast asphalt is a kind of asphalt concrete mixture, which is made on the basis of viscous bitumens. The main difference between this type of AMP from hot and cold asphalt is that it does not require tamping and rolling and is able to independently gain the required density and hardness. In addition, cast asphalt has excellent waterproofing properties, which determines its main application: the improvement of pavement bridges and highways with high traffic.

TTM Cast Asphalt Production Plant – high-tech equipment adapted to Russian conditions. It has a number of patented innovative solutions, such as a double hopper drive under standard asphalt-concrete mix and under cast mixture, burners and mixing devices.

Allows to produce cast asphalt (along with standard formulation), has a number of additional units (compared to the standard set) for bitumen and min powder, as well as storage of finished mixture.

Factory is automated and controlled by special software for maximum efficiency and precision of production.
