Debugging is performed by a TM technologist who thoroughly knows not only the specifics of TTM plants, but also deeply understands the entire technological process and the interaction between its various parts.
The task of the technologist: to give his expert assessment of the readiness of the automated control system and personnel to work, to start the production process, starting from the moment of interaction between the laboratory and the operator, loading the material into the feed hopper and ending with setting up the preliminary dosage, the algorithm of adjusting the plant to the desired recipe, and also to acquaint the future operator with the subtleties and capabilities of the intelligent automated control system TTM.
