The news from the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology dated 31.05.23 clearly pleased many road workers. And for those who have not yet heard about them or misunderstood, we have written explanations.
Background
On May 15, 2020, Rosstandart issued an order that the standards that were adopted and designated in Federal Law No. 162-FZ of June 29, 2015 “On Standardization in the Russian Federation” cease to be effective from June 1, 2023.
This order was actively discussed on all professional platforms. The industry was preparing for the upcoming changes. And on the eve of the entry into force of this order, adjustments were made to it in terms of deadlines. The document can be found below, in the attachment.
And in short, these GOST standards continue to be valid for another 1 year (until June 1, 2024)
- GOST 9128-2013 “Mixtures of asphalt concrete, polymerasfalt concrete, asphalt concrete, polymerasfalt concrete for highways and airfields. Technical conditions”;
- GOST 31015-2002 “Mixtures of asphalt concrete and asphalt concrete crushed stone mastic. Technical conditions”
