And to make it clear how the purchase of the ABZ from us takes place, we will write it step by step:
1.Choosing a factory (determining various technical characteristics, including colors), signing a supply contract, as well as determining the delivery method. Completed!
2. Factory manufacturing at the factory. Completed! (this stage is important, we will definitely tell you about it in detail and show a video from the production).
3. Delivery. In process. And here we will stop in more detail. Delivery of factories from China from our TTM factory to Russia is possible in several ways:
- container marine
- railway transportation
- trucking (our option)
Immediately after the ABZ is ready, its dimensions are changed at the factory for further loading onto machines (there are such surveyors – they are engaged in measuring the dimensions and weight of the cargo). Our factory was loaded onto 10 huge Chinese cars with a length of 17.5 m (see photo). After he reaches the borders of the Russian Federation, he will be transferred to Russian cars and forward to the customs post, and then to Smolensk (but this is the next publication).
4. Installation work. Training of operators and laboratory technicians at the TTM training center. In anticipation.
5. Commissioning works. Pre-commissioning of the plant with the participation of an expert technologist TM. Getting the first asphalt. In joyful anticipation!
